SCRUB is very concentrated; a little goes a long way.

Use a dime-sized amount and massage it into your hands. 

Apply generously to a dry or damp scalp and body.

Massage in circular movements into your hands before applying.

You don't have to massage to encourage the exfoliation process; you can apply as a mask and leave it on for at least 10 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly with warm water
