HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

US ONLY: Free Standard Shipping on orders of $95+. For orders under $95, you may calculate your shipping costs by adding products to your shopping cart, as shipping costs vary by location and package weight. We also offer FedEx Next Day Air and Second Day Air for an additional fee, other carrier options also available for your selection.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?

The standard time for your package to arrive is approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase. All orders placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to ship.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

To check the status of your order, simply log into your order and track using this link to Jill Turnbull Beauty tracking if you still have questions about your order, please send an email to info@jillturnbull.com with your order number along with the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Jill Turnbull Beauty offers international shipping to Australia and the UK. Shipping rates are determined by the number of items in the order and where it is shipping. We ship international orders through FedEx International. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for return or exchange. For all orders outside of the U.S., the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or custom duties incurred. International orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Jill Turnbull Beauty has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Jill Turnbull Beauty will not be responsible for the loss or damage of an item. If the package is undeliverable, the customer will be refunded the order amount minus the delivery fees.

DOES NO WORRIES SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

RETURNS, REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date you purchased your item to request a return. You can return an item for the following reasons:
The product is damaged, or the packaging is faulty; you received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (except in the case of an allergic reaction), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, we do not accept returns if you have changed your mind.

REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT

If you request a return correctly in accordance with the return instructions below.

  • Refund – provide you with a refund of the purchase price if the product returned is in a new, unused and resaleable condition and the product is being returned for any permitted reason other than a change of mind;

or 

  • Exchange/store credit – provide you with a replacement product or a store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned product if the product returned has been lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped and the product is being returned for any permitted reason.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

First, please confirm that you are able to return the item for one of the permitted reasons described above.

If you believe your product can be returned per this policy, please email us at info@jillturnbull.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order or invoice number.

Please ensure that you also send us proof of your purchase and your contact information.

We will then contact you within 48 hours to discuss the nature of your return and to agree on whether a refund is appropriate or whether an exchange or store credit will be offered.

Once we have agreed on the terms of the return with you, depending on the nature of the return, we will send you a return label (if the item is damaged or faulty); however, if its a change of mine, you are responsible for shipping charges to return any unwanted items. 

Items sent back to us must first request a return to be accepted.

Once we have received the item, we will evaluate the condition of the item and process your return in accordance with this policy.

DAMAGED ITEMS, FAULTY PACKAGING OR INCORRECT ITEM

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We will not accept or process returns for the following products:

  • candles that have been used or burned;
  • beauty tools and applicators;
  • used cosmetics;
  • gift cards; and
  • any product that is not able to be re-sold.

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

NO Jill Turnbull Beauty products are ever tested on animals.

Science has shown that the difference between humans and animal test subjects render test results unreliable.  There are more effective and humane ways to test our products. 

Beauty is natural–and nature is beautiful and we are proud to be Leaping Bunny certified.

I HAVE ALLERGIES TO CERTAIN INGREDIENTS; CAN YOU GIVE ME A LIST OF PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT CONTAIN THIS ALLERGEN?

Our ingredients are listed on every product page on the website. There is an ingredient listing located under the product description where you can find the full ingredient list to the products you're interested in.

ARE YOUR INGREDIENTS CLEAN?

With so many claims of ‘clean’ and ‘natural’, it’s hard to know which products are indeed safe to use since, incredibly, there is no official standard. There’s ‘clean’ and then there’s clean. Many beauty brands make this claim, but their products still contain ingredients that are known to be harmful to humans and to the environment. From the start, we committed to beyond what is required in the U.S. and have worked to eliminate all ‘dirty’ ingredients from our formulas. We work hard to source from the most ethical suppliers. As there are no official standards for clean beauty, I have found the best go-to guide is Credo’s ‘Dirty List’ as I believe this to be the most stringent benchmark, they don't mess around.

Our products are natural and free of harmful toxins that are often found in other beauty products, including GMOs, parabens, sulfates, phthalates, PEGs, nanoparticles, mineral oil, and synthetic fragrance
